Meg has long been interested in physical fitness. Among the many disciplines she has practiced are belly-dancing, distance running, weight training and yoga. While earning a living in the corporate world Meg sought help from a physical therapist in 1986 for a chronic low back problem. Intrigued by the deep work she received that ultimately relieved the problem, Meg pursued training as it became evident that her true passion was the pursuit of optimum health and well-being and helping others to achieve the same.
Meg has completed four marathons, and graduated from the Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, the Massage Therapeutic Training Institute, the Upledger Institute Level One Cranial Sacral training and the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado.
Meg's rolfing practice is convenient to the Lake Norman (LKN) area, including but not limited to: Davidson, Huntersville and Mooresville. |
